Heard Mr. Ram Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State, Mr. Praveen Kumar Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused the record.

Office has reported that compromise verification report is still awaited.

A perusal of order sheet shows that this Court, vide orders dated 04.08.2025 and 02.04.2026, directed the Trial Court concerned to transmit the compromise verification report to this Court before the next date fixed, however, the said orders have not yet been complied with.

It is very unfortunate that despite repeated orders passed by this Court, the Trial Court concerned has not submitted the compliance report, which indicates that the court concerned has no regard to the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, let an explanation be called for from the Trial Court concerned through learned District Judge, Farrukhabad specifying the reasons as to why orders dated 04.08.2025 and 02.04.2026 have not yet been complied with. It is further directed that the Trial Court concerned shall send the compromise verification report, along with a copy of verified compromise, before the next date fixed, positively.
