Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicants is taken on record.

Heard Sri Aadesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No.892 of 2025 (Old Case No.234 of 2014), arising out of Case Crime No. 331 of 2013, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308 of I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad as well as chargesheet dated 27.12.2013 and summoning order dated 17.01.2014

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have reconciled their differences and a compromise has been entered between them, the original compromise deed dated 14.08.2025 has been annexed as AnnexureS.A.1 to the supplementary affidavit. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings before the Court below and the same is not only sheer wastage of time of the Court, but also abuse of process of law.

In view of the above, applicants, opposite party Nos.2 and 3 as well as injured are directed to appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today for verification of compromise and the court concerned is directed to verify the same.

The concerned court, after verification of the compromise deed, shall submit its report by the date fixed. The applicants may also file the compromise verification report along with supplementary affidavit on the date fixed.
