Heard learned counsel for applicants, Mr. Niyaz Ahmad holding brief of Mr. Mohd. Qamar Shah Alam, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for State.

In respect of merit of the matter, it has been submitted by learned counsel for parties that both the parties entered into compromise on dated 15.9.2025 and the same has already been preferred before learned court of Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Aligarh and the same is still pending to be verified by same court.

Considering the submissions extended by learned counsel for applicants, learned court of Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Aligarh is directed to verify the compromise dated 15.9.2025 within four weeks from today in presence of both the parties and report the same so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of the verification report.
