This matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide order of this Court dated 12.09.2025 and the applicant was directed to deposit Rs. 30,000/- to be handed over to the opposite party no. 2 (wife) on her first appearance. As per report of the mediation centre, the applicant has not deposited the said amount before the mediation centre and the applicant has not complied the order dated 12.09.2025. Even today, no one is present for the applicant in the revised call. Hence, the interim order dated 12.09.2025 is hereby vacated.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 through C.J.M. concerned returnable within four weeks.

Put up this case as fresh on 24.03.2026.
