It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 that in the present case statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded on 15.02.2024. Therefore, he prayed that it is expedient in the interest of justice to call for the current status report of the trial.

Accordingly, the Trial Court concerned is directed to submit the current status of Complaint Case No. 6905097 of 2018, Dileep Tiwari v. Ajay Kumar Sharma, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra.
