यािचकाकतीर् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता श्री शािहद सलाम की तरफ से उपिस्थत अिधवक्ता कु० ज़ेबा वारसी तथा राज्य सरकार के िवद्वान शासकीय अिधवक्ता प्रथम श्री गणेश दत्त भट्ट को सुना।

भारतीय संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 226 के अंतगर्त प्रस्तुत यह बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण यािचका 22 वषीर्य मिहला सािवत्री की तरफ से उनके पित चंद्रशेखर के माध्यम से यह कहते हुए प्रस्तुत की गई है िक श्रीमती सािवत्री अपने िपता फुद्दा (िवपक्षी संख्या 5) की अवैध अिभरक्षा में है। यािचका में अिभकथन िकया गया है िक श्रीमती सािवत्री का िववाह चंद्रशेखर के साथ िदनांक 15.04.2026 को हुआ। अपने भाई की बीमारी के कारण िदनांक 16.04.2026 को श्रीमती सािवत्री अस्पताल गई और उसके बाद से िवपक्षी संख्या 5 अपने पित के पास वापस नहीं आने दे रहे हैं।
