Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Instant defective criminal revision under Section 19(4) of Family Courts Act, 1984 has been preferred against the impugned order dated 18.03.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge Second, Family Court, Barabanki in Case No.1715 of 2022, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby learned Family Court has awarded total Rs.15,000/- interim maintenance to the applicants.

As per the report of the Stamp Reporting Section, the revision is delayed by 471 days for which the application for condonation of delay has been filed.
