As per office report, notice could not be served upon opp. party no. 2/ informant, therefore, hearing of revision is not possible.

Learned counsel for the revisionist through the supplementary affidavit has prayed that the applicant/ revisionist be permitted to appear in the examination. In support, he has filed Admit Card issued by Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj for Intermediate examination year 2026 bearing Roll No. 2265253192 showing the subjects as General Hindi, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics scheduled on 18.2.2026, 20.2.2026, 23.2.2026, 25.2.2026 and 27.2.2026 at evening time.

Learned A.G.A. has also got verified about the examination as scheduled above.

In view of the considered opinion of this Court, since the revision relating to bail application of the child cannot be decided without giving opportunity of hearing to the opp. party no. 2/ informant on whom notice could not be served so far, therefore, it is just and proper to direct the Observation Home,
