Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondents no.1 to 3 and Sri Alok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR bearing no. 0149/2026 under Sections 376, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Sandi, District Hardoi.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 state that there is every likelihood of the parties settling the dispute in case the matter is referred to Mediation Center of this Court. The aforesaid statement has been given by the learned counsel for the contesting parties on the basis of instructions given by the parties concerned.

Considering the aforesaid, let an amount of Rs.20,000/- be deposited by the petitioner before the Mediation Center of this Court within a period of one week from today, which shall be paid to respondent no.4 on her first appearance before the Mediation Center of this Court.

In case the aforesaid amount is deposited, the parties concerned shall appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 07.07.026 the date mutually agreed by learned counsels for the contesting parties.

Mediation Center of this Court would make an endeavour to submit its report within a period of six weeks.
