Notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 21.4.2025. Office vide its report dated 20.1.2026 reported that notice has been served through family members on the opposite party no. 2. Perused the report dated 22.8.2025 of the C.J.M., Varanasi which states that notice has been served on the opposite party no. 2 through legal heirs. A report dated 15.5.2025 of the Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi also states so, but it is not clear who is the person receiving said notice. Notice thus is insufficient. Issue notice again through Speed Post, returnable within four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.
