Heard Sri Maneesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding as well as charge sheet dated 12.10.2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 36 of 2023 in Case No. 155 of 2024 under sections 498-A, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District - Amroha and NBW+ 82 Cr.P.C. order dated 23.02.2026 and 12.3.2026 against applicant no. 1 issued by Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. 2nd, Amroha pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. 2nd, Amroha and further be pleased to quash the cognizance order dated 10.04.2024 passed by learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. 2nd, Amroha in the aforesaid case.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants consent to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad for the amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. The applicant No.1 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of Allahabad High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (AHCMCC) within a period of three weeks from today. Out of total amount, Rs. 20,000/- shall be payable to the opposite party no. 2 as legal expenses on her appearance before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre and remaining Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
