अपीलकतार् की िवद्वान अिधवक्ता कुमारी ऐश्वयार् सक्सैना एवं िवपक्षी केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता श्री अनुराग कुमार िसह को अपील के अंगीकरण के िबन्दु पर सुना।

इस अपील द्वारा अपीलकतार् ने िवशेष न्यायाधीश (भ्रष्टाचार िनवारण) केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो लखनऊ द्वारा आपरािधक वाद संख्या 12/2010 में पािरत िनणर्य तथा आदेश िदनांक 31.03.2026 की वैधता को चुनौती दी है, िजसके द्वारा अपीलकतार् को धारा 120-B, 420, 471 भा०दं०सं० तथा धारा 13(2) सपिठत धारा 13(1)(d) भ्रष्टाचार िनवारण अिधिनयम, 1988 के अपराधों के िलए दोषी पाते हुए अिधकतम तीन वषर् के साधारण कारावास तथा रु० 70,000/- के अथर्दण्ड से दंिडत िकया गया है।
