After arguing at length, learned counsel counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant wants to withdraw the present contempt application as some relevant facts are left to be mentioned in the application which are necessary for proper adjudication of this case, therefore, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh contempt application.
