Sri Arpit Verma, learned counsel for the applicant after certain queries by the Court regarding the service of the certified copy of the judgment and order upon the respondent has submitted that the same was not served along with the representation dated 05.01.2026 and the document which is at page 32 of the paper book showing service of certified copy of the order was not accompanied with the representation and has tendered an unconditional apology.

He prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
