The affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Rishabh Tripathi Advocate, who appeared for the opposite party/contemnor, after serving a copy thereof upon the applicants' counsel in the Court today is taken on record.

Based upon the aforesaid affidavit, it is stated by Sri Rishabh Tripathi , Advocate, who appeared for the opposite party/contemnor, that in terms of the order(s) of Writ Court dated 21.08.2024 and 30.04.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 6675 of 2024 and Special Appeal No. 652 of 2024 the actual payment would be made to the applicant within a period of eight weeks after uploading relevant/requisite information and therefore the instant contempt application/petition is liable to be dismissed granting liberty to the applicant to revive it if the amount is not credited in their accounts within the said period.

Taking note of the aforesaid statement, the instant contempt application/petition stands dismissed . It is however with liberty to the applicant to revive the instant contempt proceedings if the amount, as aforesaid, is not credited in their accounts within the aforesaid period.

Notice stands discharged.
