This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 23.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14860 of 2025 (Pappy Vs. State of U.P.).

This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Pappy, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 121 of 2025, under Sections 108, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Tajganj, District Agra.
