Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State and perused the material brought on record.

The present transfer application under Section 447 BNSS has been filed by the applicant- Anil Kumar Yadav, with the prayer to transfer the proceedings in Session Trial No. 787 of 2025 (State Vs. Akhilesh Mishra & Another) arising out of Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Section 108 B.N.S., Police Station Anpara, District Sonbhadra, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra to other competent court of District Jaunpur, with a further prayer that proceeding of the aforesaid case be stayed during the pendency of the present transfer application.

After some arguments at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present transfer application be dismissed as withdrawn.
