Counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant's marriage was scheduled for 07.02.2026, and the applicant annexed a marriage invitation card to that effect. Although this Court had directed by order dated 21.01.2026 that the learned AGA seek instructions regarding the applicant's marriage, no instructions had been supplied by the Commissioner of Police, Varanasi.
