Learned counsel for the accused-applicant suo moto undertakes that Rs. 4,00,000/- was credited in his account by means of Pay-tm transaction and Rs. 1,00,000/- has already been recovered during the course of investigation by the police personnel. He further submits that he is ready to pay the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 3,00,000/- to the informant by means of draft/RTGS or any other electronic means.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file an affidavit in this regard, after depositing the aforesaid amount.

On the request of learned counsel for the applicant, put up this case as fresh on 02.02.2026.
