Heard Shri Abhishek Singh, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manav Rathore, Advocate holding brief of Shri Ratnesh Chandra, the learned counsel for the opposite party.

By means of an order dated 09.01.2026, this Court had proposed the name of Smt. Manju Nigam (Retd. District Judge) to act as an Arbirator for adjudication of the dispute between the parties arsing out of contract dated 23.05.2023.

The proposed Arbitrator has signified his consent to act as an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties through his letter dated 18.02.2026.

Accordingly, the application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is allowed.

Smt. Manju Nigam (Retd. District Judge) Resident of Flat No.106, Park Villa Apartment, Aliganj, A-8 Lucknow, Mobile No.9415127122 is hereby appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.

The office is directed to communicate this order to the Arbitrator Smt. Manju Nigam (Retd. District Judge).
