Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case no.4546 of 2022 (Ramesh vs. Padum Singh alias Gulab Singh and others) registered through a complaint application filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. preferred by the complainant/Ramesh against the applicants on 23.6.2022 under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Makhi, District Unnao, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unnao as well as summoning order dated 20.11.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Safipur, Unnao in the aforesaid complaint case, summoning the applicant no.1 to face trial under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC and applicant no.2 to face trial under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application on merits. However, he submits that the applicants will surrender before the trial court and apply for bail. He prays that the applicants may be granted the benefit of the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in (AIR 2022 SC 3386).

It is, therefore, directed that in case the applicants surrender before the

Court below within three weeks from today and prefer bail application, the trial court will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible, taking into account the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).

For a period of three weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case.
