Heard learned counsel for applicant and the learned AGA.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the impugned proceedings are an outcome of matrimonial dispute and the applicant wants to settle the same through mediation, therefore, he prays that the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. To show the bona fide, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is ready and willing to place before this Court a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of opposite party no.2-wife on the next date.

On his request, list this case on 10.03.2026, as fresh, on which date applicant shall appear in person before this Court along with a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of wife-opposite party no.2.
