Heard Shri Sunil Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (SD)/FTC, Faizabad/Ayodhya to decide Case bearing M.N.R. No.53 of 2011 under Section 372 of Indian Succession Act expeditiously.

The aforesaid case is pending since the year 2011. A copy of the order sheet of the trial Court indicates that the case has repetitively been adjourned mostly without assigning any reason.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to Civil Judge (SD)/FTC, Faizabad/Ayodhya to decide Case bearing M.N.R. No.53 of 2011 under Section 372 of Indian Succession Act expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
