The solitary relief claimed in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Muhammadabad, Gohana, Mau, District-Mau to decide the Original Suit No. 50 of 2021 ( Rajendra Prasad Singh Vs. Mevati & others ) as expeditiously and earliest within stipulated period.

Learned counsel prayed that the said suit may be decided, expeditiously.

Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
