Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

This petition has been filed for following relief:

"Direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar to decide the Original Suit No. 217 of 2018 (Neebar @ Sudama Vs. Amreesh) pending before him expeditiously within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2018. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar to consider
