Heard Sri Nijam Ahamad, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Yogesh Kumar Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents is dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 1 - Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil - Akbarpur, District - Ambedkar Nagar, to decide Restoration Application dated 29.01.2024 (Case No. T 202604040100455), filed in Case No. 01025 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T 202004040101025) - Vidyawati Vs. Pranpati, U/S 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1 - Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil - Akbarpur, District - Ambedkar Nagar, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
