Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 1 - Tehsildar, Tehsil - Colonelganj, District - Gonda to decide Recall Application dated 28.04.2025, filed against order dated 09.10.2023, passed in RST No. 08837 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T 202008300508837) - Sushma Kumari Vs. Shree Ram and Others, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1 - Tehsildar, Tehsil - Colonelganj, District - Gonda, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.
