Heard Shri Paavan Awasthi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Rahul Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P., Shri Rajiv Srivastava, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2Indian Nursing Council and Shri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and 4- U.P. State Medical Faculty.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of an orders dated 30.06.2023, 30.09.2024 and 04.09.2025 passed by the U.P. State Medical Faculty, copies whereof have been annexed as Annexure Nos.1, 2 and 3 to the writ petition, whereby a moratorium had been imposed on taking admissions in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (A.N.M. Course).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the controversy in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment and order dated 26.09.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-C No.9010 of 2024 and other connected matters (2025:AHC-LKO:60230).

Learned counsel for the respondents could not dispute the aforesaid submission.

Accordingly, the instant petition is also allowed in terms of the aforesaid order dated 26.09.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-C No.9010 of 2024 and other connected matters.
