Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed by petitioners with following main prayer(s):

"i) Issue a writ direction or order in the nature of Mandamus thereby, commanding the opposite parties to look into the grievances of the petitioners of their termination of membership of the Co-operative Society namely, Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Nauhar, Barabanki, illegally, without affording opportunity of hearing and without any information.

ii) Issue a writ direction or order in the nature of Mandamus thereby, commanding the opposite parties to declare the committee of management of the society namely, Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Nauhar, Barabanki, as time barred and hold new election after deciding the controversy related to membership"

We have gone through the pleadings on record and found that the petitioners are member of Committee of Management of the Society namely, Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Nauhar, Barabanki and their membership has been terminated by the Committee of Management of the said Matsya Jivi Sahkari Samiti.

This writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has remedy
