Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State counsel and Mr. Ravi Singh as well as Mr. D.K. Singh Chauhan, learned counsels for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

" (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Circular dated 15.09.2024 issued by the Opp-party No.2, the true copy of which is contained as Annexure- 1 to the writ petition as also the impugned Online (1st Phase) Main Counselling Schedule (1st to 3rd Round) as well as impugned Online (2nd Phase) Special Counselling Schedule-2024 (4th to 5th Round) issued by the Opp-party No. 2 and 3, the true copy of which is contained as Annexure- 2 to the writ petition.

(ii) To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp-party No. 2 to grant the approval to the petitioners institution for conducting D. Pharma Course for the academic session 2024-2025 within a time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(iii) To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp-party No. 3 to grant requisite Affiliation to the petitioners institution for conducting D. Pharma Course for the academic session 2024-2025 as per the approval granted by the Pharmacy Council of India. ............"

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time due to the fact that subsequent counselling has already taken.

In view of aforesaid, petition is dismissed as infructuous.
