Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Suit No.24/2020, "Rajesh Kumar vs. Ram Tirath" filed under Section 66 of the U.P. Revenue Code. The petitioner is the complainant and the said case has been decided on merits.

Learned Standing Counsel counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code before the Commissioner/ Board of Revenue.

Counsel for the petitioner at this stage does not oppose the aforesaid contention and submits that the he does not want to press the petition with liberty to file a revision against the impugned order.

In light of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
