Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:-

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the application filed by the petitioner on Format-01 before the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and provide the Gunner security to the petitioner."

The record reveals that the petitioner has already filed Writ C No.25748 of 2025 which has been disposed off by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.8.2025 directing the petitioner to move an application before the District Level Security Committee for redressal of his grievance.

Now, the petitioner has again preferred the present writ petition praying for the same relief.

Since, the petitioner has already filed Writ C No.25748 of 2025, praying for the same relief, the present writ petition for the same cause of action is not maintainable on the principle of resjudicata is attracted.
