1. The instant petition has been filed praying for the following relief:

Issue a writ, order or direction, the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent no. 1 & 2 consider and decide the representation dated 04.06.2024 under section 197 Cr.P.C. within stipulated period, Pending before the respondent no. 1 and 2 as contained in Annexure No. 3 to this writ petition interest in the interest of justice."
