This petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

" (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to look inhto the matter and to take an appropriate action against the Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the Khasra No. 766 area 0.650 hectare situate at village Naujheel, Tehsil Math, District Mathura."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek such other alternative remedy available under law.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
