On 8.7.2025 instructions were sought in the matter as to why the possession despite allotment having been made way back in favour of petitioner has not been handed over.
Today learned Standing Counsel has placed before the Court a letter sent to the revenue authorities on 9.7.2025, which remained unattended.
As a last opportunity, respondent no. 3 [Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Fatehpur] is granted two weeks' further time to comply the earlier order of the Court and provide instructions, as required. In case of non-compliance, respondent no. 3 shall remain present in the Court on 26.8.2025.
