Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents.

This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

" (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing of the order dated 25.01.2008 (mentioned in the Khatauni) passed by the Additional District Magistrate/Prescribed Authority Na.Bhu.C./2007 through Patrank 41 under Section 10(5) of Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999, as well as the entry dated 07.06.2008 made in the Khatauni pertaining to year 1414-1419 Fasli regarding Gata No. 763 area 0.2070 hectare (old gata no1449/1 drea 466.34 square meter, 1449/2 area 165.98 square meter, 1816M area 762.22 square meter) of the petitioners (contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the entry dated 07.01.2008 from the revenue record, in the interest of justice.

(iii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to make interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in question. "
