Sri Hemant Kumar Pandey learned Standing counsel for the State respondent has pointed out that yesterday when the matter was listed, a copy of the written instructions was provided which indicates that the petitioner was granted adequate opportunity and the petitioner was also represented before the D.D.C, accordingly, grounds of not affording opportunity stands washed out.
