The present petition is of the year 1981.

Sri Sarvesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought time.

This Court on 27.10.2025 had passed the following order which reads as under:-

"Sri Sarvesh Kumar Mishra, one of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has sent an illness slip.

The record indicates that the present petition is of the year 1981 and had been dismissed for want of prosecution.

The application for recall along with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act were moved which came to be allowed on 25th September, 2025 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Today, in view of the illness slip, the matter is being adjourned.

List this matter day after tomorrow, i.e. 29th October, 2025.

It is also made clear that since the petition is of the year 1981, this Court is not inclined to adjourned the matter any further. In case if the learned counsel for the petitioner has any difficulty, he shall make alternate arrangements. "
