Learned counsel for the respondents are directed to file counter affidavit indicating whether previous chak road existing over Gata No. 1123 was connected to other chak road or present chak road proposed on Gata No. 1657 is connected to other chak roads.

In the meanwhile, parties shall maintained status quo over the property in dispute, as it exists today.
