1. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar, the petitioner, who appears in person, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 to 4.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents pray for and are granted four weeks' time to file a counter affidavit, to which, reply, if any, may be filed within next two weeks.

3. The counter affidavit may also indicate the preliminary objection, if any.

4. So far as the payment of G.P.F. is concerned, the petitioner informs that the GPF amount has not been paid.

5. Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 to 4 states that the papers have not been submitted.

6. The petitioner states that the respondents have still not informed him as to what papers have to be submitted

7. Considering the aforesaid, it is provided that the respondent No.3, who is said to be the competent authority, shall inform the petitioner as to which papers are to be submitted by him for the release of the GPF within ten days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

8. The petitioner shall thereafter submit the papers in this regard within next two weeks and the respondents shall process the claim of the petitioner for payment of G.P.F. in accordance with law under relevant rules.

9. In case any other dues are still outstanding, the same would also be paid.

10. In case the G.I.S. has not been paid to the petitioner, the same would also be paid in accordance with law.

11. As the petitioner appears in person, as such, list this case on 07.10.2025 .
