1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 & 3, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press prayer No.(i) of the writ petition. At this stage, he only confines his prayer to return of all the original documents that had been submitted by the petitioner at the time of counseling for the post of Assistant Teacher which are said to be in custody of the respondent No.4.
3. The aforesaid statement is recorded.
4. Responding, Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 states that the custody of the documents would be verified and in case they are with the respondent No.4 then the same would be returned within four weeks from today.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of .
