Learned counsel for petitioner is granted liberty to implead Inspector General of Police Establishment/Additional Director General of Police, Headquarters, Director General of Police Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow as opposite party no.6 during course of the day. Notice on behalf of the newly impleaded opposite party has been accepted by learned State Counsel.

In pursuance of directions issued earlier, personal affidavit of opposite party no.3 filed today is taken on record.

In paragraphs 9 and 10 of the affidavit, it has been stated that in compliance of directions issued by this Court, the impugned order dated 16.06.2025 has been withdrawn vide order dated 30.08.2025 and in paragraph 11, it has been stated that petitioner's representation has been forwarded to Inspector General of Police Establishment/Additional Director General of Police, Headquarters, Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

Learned State Counsel submits that in terms of directions issued in paragraph-14 of the order dated 05.06.2025 passed in WRIT - A No. - 6779 of 2025, a reference has been made to competent authority where it is pending consideration.

In view thereof, as well as in terms of directions issued on 05.06.2025, opposite party no.6 i.e. Inspector General of Police Establishment/Additional Director General of Police, Headquarters, Director General of Police Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow is directed to take a final decision with regard to aforesaid representation within a period of two weeks as directed vide earlier order dated 05.06.2025.
