Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by means of the impugned order dated 18.4.2024 passed by Regional Level Regularization Committee - respondent no. 3, the regularization of the petitioner has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the present matter is covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 21492 of 2023 (Vinod Kumar Srivastava Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others), decided on 30.9.2024, wherein direction has been issued for according fresh consideration by Regional Regularization Committee.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that matter may be relegated to the Regional Regularization Committee in terms of the judgment dated 30.9.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 21492 of 2023 (Vinod Kumar Srivastava Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order dated 18.4.2024 passed by Regional Level Regularization Committee - respondent no. 3 shall be subject to fresh determination by the Regional Regularization Committee in terms of the judgment dated 30.9.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 21492 of 2023 (Vinod Kumar Srivastava Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). The petitioner shall appear before the Regional Level Regularization Committee - respondent no. 3 within a period of fifteen days.
