1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. No notice is being issued to respondent No.4 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have approached this Court raising a challenge to the order dated 22.02.2011, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, passed by the respondent No.2, whereby the claim of the petitioners for payment of salary has been rejected.
4. It is contended that subsequent thereto, the Regional Level Committee has examined the case of the petitioners and has passed an order dated 24.05.2023, a copy of which is annexure-SA2 to the supplementary affidavit dated 13.05.2024, per which, the financial approval has been granted.
He, thus, prays that the writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the decision of the Regional Level Committee dated 24.05.2023.
5. As the respondents have already passed an order dated 24.05.2023, nothing further survives in the petition.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of .
7. Consequences of the order dated 24.05.2023 would also follow, provided there is no legal impediment.
