Heard Shri Shubhankar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, Ms. Deepshikha, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is presently working on the post of Senior Assistant in the office of Chief Medical Officer, Mainpuri. It has further been submitted that his son Master Utsav Patel born on 06.12.2011 and diagnosed with mental retardation and has 50% permanent disability s per the guidelines for the purpose of assessing the extent of specified disability in a person included under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. It has been submitted that considering the disability of his son, he is being taken care of by his wife at Ayodhya, accordingly the petitioner has made a representation for being transferred to Ayodhya.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed, in case respondent no. 2 - Director (Administration) Medical & Health Services, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2025 as contained in Annexure No. 9

to the writ petition within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

In light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 - Director (Administration) Medical & Health Services, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2025 as contained in Annexure No. 9 to the writ petition within four weeks by a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
