Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner has been terminated by the impugned order by Transport Corporation of India Limited.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that the Transport Corporation of India Limited is a private entity.
Since the Corporation is a private entity, the writ petition against a private entity challenging the termination order is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
