Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Ramendra Yadav, Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed for the following prayer:-

"() Issue a writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for fixation of initial basic pay of the petitioner on the post of System Assistant either from the date of absorption/regularization of System Assistant working in District Court i.e. 26.12.2017 or from the date of absorption/regularization of System Assistants working in Hon'ble Court i.e. 16.01.2018 and consequently for payment of the arrears towards the Pay fixation as aforesaid as has been given to the similarly situated person like as Sri Neeraj Shukla, Sri Amit Goyal and Sri Indu Prakash Singh, as the petitioner is also entitled for the same benefits......"

Opposite parties have filed their short counter affidavit today, which is taken on record and in which paragraphs-18 and 19, the following has been indicated:-

"18. That at this juncture, it is imperative to mention that during the pendency of the instant Writ Petition, the Learned Registrar (Accounts), after considering the grievance of the Petitioner, placed a proposal on 28.05.2025 before the Learned Registrar General wherein, it was proposed, firstly, that the pay fixation of the Petitioner for the period 16.01.2018 to 28.09.2019, covering his tenure at the District Court, Gonda, as well as the District Court, Lucknow (from 31.05.2019 to 18.09.2019), should be carried out by the respective judgeships for the period he

served there. Secondly, it was also proposed that the Last Pay Certificate be transferred from the concerned judgeships to the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad sitting at Lucknow. Lastly, it was suggested that from 25.09.2019 onwards, the pay fixation of the Petitioner be undertaken by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad sitting at Lucknow and subsequently, the Petitioner shall be able to draw the pay along with arrears in light of the pay so fixed by the Hon'ble High Court.

That the aforesaid Proposal dated 28.05.2025 which was duly approved by the Learned Registrar General on 02.06.2025 was forwarded to Learned District Judge, Gonda and Learned District Judge, Lucknow vide letter dated 25.07.2025 bearing no. 2700/ Ε.Ρ.Τ.S./2025/ AHC/ Allahabad for taking necessary action in pursuance to the aforesaid Proposal/Order of Learned Registrar General. Copy of letter dated 25.07.2025 bearing no. 2700/ Ε.Ρ.Τ.S./2025/ AHC/ Allahabad by Registrar (J) (A&A)/E to Learned District Judge, Gonda and Learned District Judge, Lucknow is being annexed herewith as Annexure-CA-4 to the instant Counter Affidavit."

It is thus evident that relevant orders have already been passed by the Registrar General of this Court and consequent action is required to be taken by the learned District Judge, Gonda and learned District Judge, Lucknow in terms thereof.

In view of aforesaid aspects, District Judges of Gonda and Lucknow are directed to take consequential action with regard to approval granted by Registrar General expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority.

With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of .
