Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension and gratuity have not been paid to the petitioner.

On the aforesaid, Mr. Shubham, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that all the records relating to payment of pension and gratuity have already been forwarded to respondent no.2, i.e. Commissioner, Agra Region, Agra, who has to take the decision in this regard.

Ms. Anuradha Sundaram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks' time to obtain instructions in the matter regarding payment of pension and gratuity to the petitioner.
