Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:-

"1-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 (Vice Chancellor Dr. Bheemrao Ambedkar University, Agra) to decide the appeal preferred on 05.09.2023 by the petitioner pending before him, within a time specified by this Hon'ble Court, preferably within a month."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before respondent no.2 -Vice Chancellor Dr. Bheemrao Ambedkar University, Agra since 05.09.2023 and that may be directed to be decided in time bound manner.

Per contra, Sri Rohit Pandey is present in the Court and requested to appear on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. He has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners for deciding the appeal, if the same is pending before respondent no.2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3, Sri Jitendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the contents made in the petition.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection from learned counsel appearing on behalf of University, I am inclined to allow the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
