Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 3 while notice on behalf of opposite parties 4 and 5 has been accepted by Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, Advocate.

Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 12.11.2025 whereby allegedly petitioner's salary has been stopped for not performing duties of Booth Level Officer for the Special Intensive Revision electoral rolls.

Mr. Ram Pratap Singh Chauhan, learned State Counsel at the very outset has raised a preliminary objection that the order impugned is only in the nature of a report/recommendation with no final orders having been passed till date.

In view of such objections being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in order to challenge any final order, if passed, against petitioner.

Considering such submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh, as and when cause of action arises.
